We are now seeking an enthusiastic and capable Assistant Store Managerto support in driving the store's success.

Role Overview

As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service, and support in achieving all sales and performance targets. This is a key leadership role that will require strong organisational skills, hands-on teamwork, and a passion for the beauty industry.

You'll be instrumental in creating a fun, motivating, and results-driven environment, ensuring the store reflects the bold personality and immersive energy of the P Louise brand.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening/closing, team coordination, and floor supervision Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and brand experience Drive sales and KPIs by coaching the team and monitoring performance Assist in recruitment, training, and development of team members Oversee stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards Act as a key point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager Maintain store compliance with health & safety, company policies, and procedures Help create a vibrant, inspiring, and high-energy store culture

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within retail (beauty or cosmetics preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and empower others Excellent customer service and sales ability Organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Visual merchandising and stock control knowledge is a plus A genuine passion for beauty, trends, and helping others feel confident
