About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic

female Store Manager

to lead our high-end Asian women's party wear and bridal wear gallery. The ideal candidate will combine a strong fashion sense with outstanding customer service skills to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience.

You will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, mentoring staff, and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening, closing, staff management, and inventory control. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Guide customers with expertise in

modern and traditional Asian bridal and party wear trends

. Drive sales performance and achieve store targets. Plan and coordinate in-store displays, styling, and merchandising. Manage customer orders, alterations, and fittings with attention to detail. Train, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals. Handle day-to-day administration including MS Office/365 documentation, reports, and communication.

Candidate Requirements

Education:

Minimum graduate degree; preference for

Fashion Designing degree holders

.

Industry Knowledge:

Strong knowledge and passion for

Asian party wear and bridal wear

(modern & traditional).

Languages:

Fluency in

English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu

is essential.

Tech Skills:

Proficient in

Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

.

Experience:

Prior experience managing a retail store, ideally in fashion, bridal, or luxury retail.

Personal Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational skills. Customer-focused, service-driven, and professional. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible, confident, and a team player.

Working Hours & Benefits

Store operates

7 days a week (11am - 7pm)
