Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our prestigious residential construction projects in West London, with project values ranging from 1m to 5m.

You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards, while ensuring a safe, efficient, and collaborative site environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all phases of project delivery, from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain project schedules and budgets. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety across all site operations. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project specifications. Proactively resolve project challenges, including scope changes, resource constraints, and unforeseen issues. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports, using project management software.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction, with a track record of delivering projects valued 1m+. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications. In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, quality standards, and construction best practices. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar). Time Served Trade or Degree or equivalent qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
