Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred (Diploma of Higher Education also considered)

Experience:

6-10 years of relevant retail experience

Age Preference:

28-36 years (balance of maturity, energy, and growth potential)

Eligibility:

Open to all nationalities - candidates must have a strong understanding of Asian customers and the type of products we offer

Legal Status Requirement:

UK Citizen, Pre-Settled Status, or Indefinite Leave to Remain

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.

Drive sales performance through effective strategies and team motivation.

Lead, coach, and develop store staff to achieve individual and team goals.

Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming shopping experience.

Manage inventory processes, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.

Implement promotional activities to boost store traffic and sales.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, objectives, and feedback.

Handle customer inquiries professionally in person and over the phone.
