CASETiFY is looking for Store Production Operator with stable roots in a fast-paced environment to join our team. This position is responsible for providing customers with customized products with excellent customer service

To serve as a brand operator for CASETiFY to provide an excellent customer experience by engaging everyone they assist using interpersonal skills Responsible for managing store product printing process such as image data input, file conversion, adjustment, output Operation of printing machines and quality control Responsible for engaging and connecting with customers to share top-quality products and speaking authentically about CASETiFY brand Answer customer questions about products, availability and product functionality and features Clear communication with other staff members, manager, support staff, and peers as needed Maintain a consistent record of attendance and punctuality Use in-store technology and software as needed to support store operations in order to provide a positive customer experience Other duties as assigned

Requirement

Minimum 1 year experience in retail industry. Proficient in verbal communication English. Ability to work in shift duty. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills. Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Ability to work well in a team environment, cooperating and collaborating with colleagues. Proactive, passionate, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced and deadline?oriented environment. * Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
