As a member of Stores & Logistics team, you will play an active role and undertake below responsibilities:
Goods Inward
Receive, unpack, perform visual quality control, confirm quantities and paperwork accuracy before booking in material.
Enter relevant details onto the company ERP system, and file and maintain records adequately.
Communicate with suppliers or other relevant contacts in a professional manner. Stores management
Maintain kitting and stores activities to ensure flow of material within Manufacturing department.
Maintain a clean and tidy stores area.
Perform monthly/weekly cycle counts and punctual stock checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
Manage stock transactions required to keep ERP stock figures accurate, including stock transfers, direct receipts/issues across multiple warehouses (physical or within ERP system)
Despatch
To prepare and pack products and instrumentation in readiness for shipment.
To handle, pack, carry instrumentation products with requested care.
To arrange daily shipments of standard products using relevant courier software.
Provide weights, dimensions, and any other required information (eg. packing list) to Logistics team to raise shipping documentation and invoices.
Monitor and manage stock control and re-ordering process of packaging material. Goods in inspection
Support Goods in inspection process to qualify and confirm products and materials are compliant with ENVEA quality standards.
Manage and organise all relevant returns to suppliers, including keeping internal documentation accurate, updating ERP system as required and communicate with suppliers or other relevant contacts in a professional manner.
