are looking for a

Stores Assistant

to join our well-established and expanding team based at our branch in Newport.

About the role:

As our

Stores Assistant

you will be assisting with operations in our warehouse, picking, packing and dispatching goods. You will also be required to assist with processing of stock, including receipting goods, shelving items in the correct locations, stock checks and general warehouse housekeeping. A key member of the team, you will be required to liaise with other colleagues and departments across the branch network.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week

Key responsibilities as our Stores Assistant:

Booking in deliveries Making up orders Putting stock away Delivering orders as and when requested General stores work Delivering goods will sometimes be required

Skills we're looking for in our Stores Assistant:

Must be computer literate Driving license essential Forklift truck license desirable but training would be given
