Join Our Team as a Stores Coordinator



As a Stores Coordinator at Bolton at Home, you'll play a key role in supporting our Repairs and Maintenance Service by ensuring our operational teams have the right materials, in the right place, at the right time. Your work will help us deliver high-quality repairs that keep our customers safe, supported, and proud of their homes.

What You'll Be Doing



Coordinate and manage stock allocation, ordering, and replenishment to support operational teams. Respond to queries and requests from colleagues, providing guidance and solutions with a right-first-time approach. Support the Stores Supervisor with scheduling, data reporting, and performance monitoring. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries, and supplier performance. Plan and complete routine stock takes, ensuring accurate quantity, quality, and cost control. Analyse data to identify improvements and support process efficiency. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Promote

What You'll Need to Succeed



We're looking for someone who:

Has experience managing stock, inventory, or logistics in an operational environment. Is organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities. Communicates clearly with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors. Can analyse data and support performance improvement. Is proactive, solution-focused, and works well both independently and as part of a team. Has strong digital skills, including Microsoft applications and mobile devices. Holds a full, clean driving licence. Shares our values and wants to make a positive difference to our customers and communities.
