Being a Strategic Alliance Operations Analyst at iManage Meansxe2x80xa6
You will join our evolving team as we develop our Alliance Partner Network and comprehensive partner ecosystem. Working closely with our Revenue Operations functions and external alliances, you will ensure data rigour and quality to how we co-sell with these large organisations, bringing an analytical eye to observe and highlight trends. As the Strategic Alliance Operations Analyst, you will be a key communicator across our internal teams to support our goals and enable our customer-facing teams to be set up for success. Your responsibilities will include researching and highlighting incentive opportunities across a diverse range of strategic prospects to enable iManage to collaborate and sell with, as well as deliver better outcomes for our customers.

  • Ensuring data quality between Alliance CRM platforms to support reporting and tracking opportunities in a consistent and repeatable manner.
  • Creating a single source of truth by tracking metrics to allow for more comprehensive reporting of all incentives we are involved with.
  • Researching and summarising Alliance co-sell incentive programs to identify and recommend those that are most opportunistic for iManage.
  • Partnering closely with Finance and Revenue Operations as well as the larger Strategic Alliance team.
  • Defining and tracking metrics and KPIs to measure success, performance, and satisfaction, ensuring accountability and facilitating continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to operational excellence by supporting efforts to refine the end-to-end operational processes, technology, and tools around the Strategic Alliance.

  • 1-2+ years of experience working with data in a business setting.
  • Experience in data entry and data quality across disparate systems.
  • Ability to offer solutions for process improvement and driving efficiencies.
  • Experience analysing data and metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A devotion to understanding data requirements within the context of Strategic Partnerships and an eagerness to deliver scalable, robust solutions that meet those requirements.
  • A passion to be a thought leader and work collaboratively within a team.
  • A creative mindset with a desire to explore new technologies and create innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field OR at least two years of relevant professional experience.
Bonus Points If I Have...
  • Experience working with large vendor co-sell programs such as Microsoft, ServiceNow, Salesforce etc.
  • Knowledge of proper CRM/PRM tools such as Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or Microsoft Partner Centre.
  • Experience partnering with a wide variety of partner types/business models and stakeholders at varied levels.
