The main responsibility of the role is to lead on the delivery of Aon's Broking and Analytics propositions direct to our most high-profile UK clients and prospects, driving and supporting revenue growth. This includes building an understanding of client specific people risks, strategic priorities and wellbeing initiatives.
Build and develop value led relationships with key client and internal stakeholders
Lead on the delivery of Aon's Broking and Analytics propositions to both new and existing Aon clients
Deliver market insights and updates to our clients and prospects
Stay up-to-date with employee benefit trends in the industry, monitor market developments and use this knowledge do deliver further client value How this opportunity is different
