Overall job purpose
A strategic senior leadership role, which directly supports the Director in providing the most effective and efficient support to children, young people and residents of Ynys Mon. The role requires joint working and collaboration locally, regionally and nationally with a wide range of stakeholders and partners, i.e., Welsh Government, Estyn, elected members, school leaders as well as the Senior Leadership Team and Corporate Management Team.
A key member of the service's Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Director and deputising for that role as required.
