You'll support our business and brand objectives by supporting strategic business initiatives, proposition and services launches through communications strategy and orchestration.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll be doing:





Working with the Strategic Marketing Lead and Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to support the launch of any new and updated cross audience products, services or business initiatives. Create strategic messaging, proof points, copy banks, glossaries and terms for AXA Health key products and services. Work with the wider Marketing teams to understand the different audience needs. Ensure output is compliant and substantiated. Review and consult on communications and content across the business, ensuring quality and consistency of message across communications. Support the Strategic Marketing Manager (Brand) with brand governance and guidance for communications and touchpoints. Ensure all processes and activities maintain AXA policies regarding regulatory and compliance requirements, business continuity and financial integrity.

What you'll bring:





Experience working in a strategy, planning and communications role, either client or agency side. Strategic thinker, able to articulate a vision, proposition communications strategy and plan. Brand and proposition management experience. Strategy and communication planning expertise. Previous experience of translating customer insights and research into proposition communication strategy.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.



This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
