The main responsibilities of the newly hired individual will center around crafting TWD scenarios, overseeing model development, conducting TWD exercises, and collaborating with regional stakeholders to convey scenarios and outcomes. Furthermore, this role involves producing valuable insights for senior leadership.
In this position, a strong collaboration with senior management throughout the organization is essential. The objective is to offer assistance in commercial, capital, and strategic decision-making, while also addressing regulatory matters connected to TWD, GRRP, ViR, and Management Actions capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the design of TWD scenarios and oversee related governance as well as taking responsibility for executing and delivering TWD scenarios.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Make decisions regarding scenario severity and engage with key stakeholders in the socialization process.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare insightful commentary for Risk, Business, senior management (e.g., Board Presentations), regulators, investors (e.g., TCFD disclosures), and other relevant stakeholders.
\xe2\x80\xa2 When necessary, lead the further development of TWD, stress testing, scenario analyses, and MI capabilities, including enhancing existing models, supporting climate scenario expansion, and improving Management Actions.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in the financial services industry, including expertise in stress testing and recovery planning. Preferred experience with global banks, regulatory agencies, and relevant consulting roles.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and data mining.
\xe2\x80\xa2 A strong understanding of Recovery and Resolution Planning and associated regulatory frameworks.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of programming languages like Python or similar.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in capital and liquidity aspects, such as ICAAP and ILAAP and familiarity with prudential regimes, including Basel, CRD/CRR, Pillar 1, and Pillar 2.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong financial acumen, including a deep understanding of profit and loss (P/L) and balance sheet (B/S) components, as well as capital and liquidity concepts.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in fostering collaboration with business units and contributors to a recovery plan.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Proven people and project management skills in technical and complex areas, with the ability to coordinate with multiple global stakeholders and manage potential project risks while adhering to tight deadlines.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Capability to comprehend and interpret complex business requirements, with an analytical mindset and a keen sense of financial and business dynamics.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and organizational skills.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, cooperate openly, and embrace diversity.
