We're growing and we're looking for a Strategic Professional Services Engineer to join our Software Tools team at Giacom. As a key member of our Strategic Operations team, you'll be the technical lead on high-impact projects, supporting our largest and most valuable partners.

What you'll be doing

Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers and acquisitions Configure and optimise bespoke billing systems (aBILLity and Affinity) Manage complex data migrations, including cleansing and de-duplication Collaborate with Project Managers and Billing Specialists to ensure smooth delivery Provide expert-level support and training to strategic clients Continuously improve our tools and processes to enhance customer experience

Your experience

Solid experience with SQL and data analysis Proven background in a customer-facing technical role Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Experience in data migration within billing and / or complex systems A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
