Position Overview

WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

A unique position with the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives across the EMEA DTC (direct to consumer) business. The opportunity and support to build partnerships with regional and functional stakeholders and develop your knowledge and understanding of the EMEA DTC business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support the Strategy & Business Development team with the administration & implementation of the EMEA DTC strategy Research & analyse market trends & the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision making. Monitor performance of strategic initiatives to measure success and help identify/implement performance-based improvements and new strategic initiatives.

Build partnerships and manage relationships across the company to identify opportunities and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Support with the preparation of presentation materials & analysis for senior management

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGESome experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint preferred but not required A keen interest in the retail industry & Ralph Lauren

Understanding of retail performance KPIs (Sales, UPT, Conversion, AUR etc.) and profitability metrics (Sales per square ft & 4-wall profit) preferred
