Sitting within the Strategy & Insights team in the Talent, Development & Coaching Centre of Excellence (TD&C CoE), you will work across five core areas - data, insights and impact; strategy and thought leadership; research and innovation; CoE wide operational excellence; and scoping and facilitation -- to support the delivery of high-quality, data-informed, and future-focused TD&C experiences for our people.


You'll be part of a team that brings creativity, rigour and market insight to the design and governance of our TD&C portfolio, ensuring our offering is innovative, impactful and aligned to the firm's strategic priorities.

What your days will look like:



Support collaborative workshops to define business needs and learning outcomes. Assist with the production of project, programme and investment proposals. Translate workshop outputs into high-quality documentation. Collaborate with the rest of the CoE to ensure seamless transition from scoping through to delivery. Provide operational support for internal design processes and team upskilling. Perform data analysis and visualisation Support the L&D demand management process, including budget and resource planning. Assist with market research to identify trends, technologies and supplier capabilities. Contribute to the research and development of thought leadership and help build the team's external presence. Support testing and risk assessment of new tools, suppliers and approaches. Develop and maintain templates and necessary repositories to ensure consistency of approach throughout the team, consulting with relevant team members as needed.
