Help out on different projects that make a real difference to patients and the local community. Work with experienced team members who will support and guide you. Attend meetings and learn how decisions are made in the NHS. Work in different areas like partnerships, communications, and helping improve services. Write short reports, newsletters, and presentations (don't worry, training will be provided). Do research to find information for projects. Help organise meetings, including sending invites and writing notes. Be involved in community events to find out what people think about NHS services. Get support from your manager with mentoring and coaching.
