We're now looking for a passionate

Street Dance Coach

to join our growing team.

The Role

You'll lead before-school and after-school

Street Dance clubs

for primary-aged children (4-11 years old). Sessions are all about creativity, rhythm, and confidence -- giving children the chance to learn new moves, build routines, and have fun through dance.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver fun, engaging Street Dance sessions in a safe and inclusive environment Build children's confidence through movement, teamwork, and performance Arrive early to set up and stay afterwards to support safe dismissal Work closely with school staff to ensure smooth running of clubs

What We're Looking For

Experience in dance coaching, teaching, or performance (Street Dance styles preferred) Confidence working with children in groups (ages 4-11) Energy, creativity, and strong communication skills Reliability and professionalism Valid

Enhanced DBS

(or willingness to obtain one)

Hours

Term-time only Before-school clubs: approx. 7:30-9:00am After-school clubs: approx. 3:00-4:30pm Hours allocated each term based on availability and school requirements

Pay

Assistant Coach:

25 per session/hour

Lead Coach:

30 per session/hour

Pay: 25.00-45.00 per hour
