We are a well-respected local catering business, known for our expertise in authentic Eastern Mediterranean street cuisine. Operating from our town centre catering trailer or mobile pop-up gazebo, we take pride in delivering carefully crafted dishes and attentive service. We are now looking to expand our team and welcome individuals who share our commitment to maintaining these high standards.

What We're Looking For:

Street Food Team Players

who can roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the business.

Pay:

10-13 per hour (based on age and experience)

Hours:

10-14 hours per week

Shifts:

4-hour and 6-hour shifts, between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday

Your Role:

As a

Street Food Team Player

, you'll be helping with everything from:

Prepping fresh salads and cooking our delicious menu items (Meat & Veg based) Serving customers, taking orders, and upselling Setting up and closing the kiosk Managing wastage, keeping things tidy, and ensuring food safety Plus, creating engaging social media posts to spread the word!

: During quiet moments, making sensible use of your time is key, but you'll also need to spring into action when orders ramp up, often without warning.

Resilient to British Weather

: We operate year-round, from glorious sunshine to torrential rain, in a pop-up gazebo or catering trailer--so you need to be prepared for all weather conditions. Sadly, we are unable to employ candidates wishing to work a second job while working with us at this time.
Experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll give you full training!
