Street Patrol Community Safety Officers

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the trusted, visible presence that local people look to for reassurance, support, and safety.
In this role, you'll:

Build meaningful relationships with residents, workers, and visitors -- becoming a known and respected figure in the community. Listen to local concerns, help prevent crime and take swift action to resolve anti-social behaviour. Collaborate closely with businesses, stakeholders, and local authorities to create shared solutions. Respond to incidents with professionalism and empathy, always aiming to calm and de-escalate situations. Share intelligence that helps shape safer spaces for everyone.

What You'll Need

A valid

SIA frontline licence

First Aid certification

(preferred, not essential). Previous experience in a safety, patrol, or security role.

What We Offer You

Salary:

starting pay 28,000 per year, plus performance bonuses

Schedule:

40 hours over 5 days a week doing 8 hour shifts

Holidays:

20 days paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays
