Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of various projects and initiatives within the organisation. This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Coordinator will work closely with team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and achieve project goals.

Responsibilities



Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to ensure clear communication among stakeholders. Assist in the development of project plans and monitor progress against established objectives. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects, ensuring compliance with organisational standards. Conduct research and gather data to support project initiatives and decision-making processes. Identify potential challenges or risks within projects and propose solutions to mitigate them. Provide administrative support as needed, including managing schedules and coordinating logistics for events.

Requirements



Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role is preferred. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-40,000.00 per year
