The College's sporting facilities are on a par with many universities, and our strength and conditioning suite was recently refurbished and underwent a full redevelopment around ten years ago. It is equipped to a sector leading standard. Pupils receive on-site physio provision, which is closely linked to rehabilitation and development with the strength and conditioning team. Our sporting ethos is centred around three equal pillars of widespread participation, universal progress, and high performance at the elite level.


The Strength & Conditioning Performance Specialist will report, via the Assistant Director of Sport, to the Director of Sport, and ultimately to the Deputy Head (Co-curriculum and Outreach).


The post will be 'term time plus' which equates to 38 weeks per year and includes all term time dates, on an average working week of 40 hours to be worked in differing, but not split, shifts.
