Our client, a prestigious Silver Circle City law firm this is ranked in the top tiers by Legal 500 and Chambers UK is seeking a talented Associate to join its thriving Structured & Specialty Finance team.
This is your opportunity to work at the cutting edge of structured finance, advising on complex, cross-border transactions for a client base that includes:

• Alternative asset managers (private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure)

The successful individual:

• Ideally 3-6 years' PQE in Structured Finance (securitisation experience strongly preferred)
• Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness

• Qualified in a Common Law jurisdiction
