This City law firm is known for its entrepreneurial, down to earth and friendly approach. With both Tech and FS sectors being a core focus for the firm, it's no surprise that this firm is looking to further grow their highly rated FinTech practice, particularly on the financing side.
The team works with a range of international corporate and consumer lending platforms, including start-up, scale-up and established FinTech lenders and funders.
This is a client facing role, which is suited to an experienced finance lawyer that has solid experience of handling structured finance transactions. You will work as part of a friendly and collaborative team, and will be rewarded with a senior title (Senior Associate or Legal Director depending on level) and an excellent platform to develop and progress your career to one day become an industry leader in the FinTech space.
This role would suit a structured finance lawyer who is looking for a better work / life balance and the opportunity to diversify their workload iand to focus on the FinTech sector.
