In this role, you will monitor and follow up on student attendance, provide first-line support for student enquiries, and assist with key operational tasks alongside Crina and the wider team. You will be a point of contact for students, helping to ensure they feel supported and engaged.
Key Responsibilities
Attendance Monitoring:
Track and record student attendance, contact students to follow up on absences, and update internal systems accurately.
Enquiries Handling:
Respond to student queries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions promptly and professionally.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and attendance using internal systems.
Liaison:
Act as a link between students, faculty, and departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
Weekend Support:
Provide consistent support during weekends, addressing urgent student needs and ensuring service continuity.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Skills:
Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
IT Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and email management.
Flexibility:
Ability to work weekends and manage a rotating schedule across 5 days per week.
Interpersonal Abilities:
Friendly, approachable, and patient, with a strong commitment to student welfare.
