Student Support and Success are looking for two part time Student Journey Adviser's to join their busy Student Journey team.
Student Journey Advisers act as a first point of contact for students visiting the department and provide an immediate information and support service for students and other stakeholders, as appropriate. They also provide administrative support to the department through a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, appointment bookings, responding to email and telephone queries, data entry and updating resources.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy customer facing role, administrative experience gained in an office environment or similar, excellent communication skills and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and accurate record keeping.
Work patterns for each role -
Role 1 - Monday to Friday, 9am-1.30pm
Role 2 - Monday to Friday, 12.30pm - 5pm
