We're on the lookout for a property superstar to join us here at NEXA and run a portfolio of student properties on the lettings side of the business! If you are highly motivated, customer-centric, and would like to be highly rewarded for your work, this could be for you!

Real estate/estate agent experience is helpful!

We're looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, great computer skills, excellent customer service skills and who is highly motivated. We have some exciting plans at NEXA over the coming months and now is a fantastic time to join us.

The role will be a key contact within the office, and be liaising with landlords, tenants, colleagues within the wider team. This will be a diverse and highly rewarding role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to stamp their mark on the entire student sector within the business.

Key Responsibilities

Managing landlord relationships Viewings with potential tenants Managing rent arrears Registering deposits Building excellent relationships Handling enquiries - Phone, email and walk ins Maintaining CRM system - new clients, updates on old clients, new properties
What are we looking for?

This role would be suitable for (but not limited to) someone with experience in lettings
- Ideally someone with a landlord network
- You will be a highly ambitious individual
