Student Property Rentals Manager (part Time)

Job Description
We are a small but well established and successful student property business based in central Henley with properties in five university cities.
We are looking for an experienced Student Property Rentals Manager.
Previous property management and rentals experience is essential for this role and only applicants with this experience will be considered.
This is a busy role which requires an excellent organiser, self-starter, quick learner and someone who can work both independently and also as part of a small team.
25 hours per week approx. on a
self employed
basis.JOB DESCRIPTION
Managing all tenancy documentation across the portfolio.
Day to day management of all rentals.
Responding to emails and phone calls from students and property managers.
Advertising all accommodation on student accommodation websites and maintaining/updating our own website. (5-6 websites to be managed at all times)
Responding to council tax enquiries with local authorities.
Placing stationery orders as needed.
Remotely monitor and respond to emergency emails a few times a day, approx 1 in 4
weekends after initial training has been completed.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Property management experience essential
- Rentals/Letting experience essential
- HMO experience preferred
- Student rentals preferred
- Competent IT skills, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Pleasant telephone manner.
- Fast typing skills is an essential part of the role and a typing test may be given at
interview stage.
- A good sense of humour and like dogs!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to 25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
