About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, caring, and communicative Student Mentor to support international students in the UK. You will act as a key link between students, parents, schools, and host families, responding promptly to students' needs and providing thoughtful care and guidance throughout their study journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide day-to-day pastoral and logistical support, including airport transfers, accommodation arrangements, and school liaison. Monitor students' wellbeing and academic progress, maintaining regular communication with parents.
2.Oversee the recruitment, vetting, and ongoing management of guardians and host families. Conduct visits and quality assessments, ensuring all arrangements and services meet company standards and compliance requirements.
3.Collaborate with internal teams on student-related projects, assisting with media content and maintaining effective teamwork.

Essential Skills and Attributes:
1. Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) with a warm and approachable manner.
2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
3. Experience in social media management, photography, videography, video editing, or holding a UK driving licence will be considered an advantage.
4. Existing connections with student or parent networks will be considered an advantage.
5. Applicants with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, including experienced full-time mothers familiar with the UK private school system, are warmly welcomed.
