Salary: 27,000

Days / Hours: Full time - 5 Days Per Week (Office Based) Occasional weekends during busy period

Package: Fuel allowance & 25 days holiday

About the Role

As Property Manager, you will be the key point of contact for tenants and contractors. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of student rental properties, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, tenancies run smoothly, and occupancy targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of student rental properties across Manchester Conduct regular property inspections and arrange maintenance or repairs Coordinate tenancy check-ins and check-outs Manage rent collections, deposit returns, and tenancy agreements Handle tenant queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Dealing with enquiries and viewings during the student letting cycle Oversee health and safety, fire safety, and compliance across properties

About You

Previous experience in property management, ideally in student accommodation or residential lettings Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance (e.g. HMO, EPC, Gas Safety) Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills Confident working independently and managing multiple properties A customer-focused mindset and proactive approach Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage allowance provided)
