An understanding of how to deliver a consistent level of service, taking into consideration the different requirements of particular student cohorts and modes of course delivery within the University.
Experience in customer service and student recruitment, particularly in the planning, organisation and delivery of events.
Experience of working with a wide range of different colleagues, good stakeholder engagement skills and a strong understanding of the recruitment cycle.
You will be a proactive individual, seeking out new information and considering innovative ways to engage with our enquirers and applicants in the delivery of events and engagement opportunities
