The focus of this post is to successfully develop and implement the undergraduate elements of St Mary's
student recruitment strategy. The role holder will proactively raise the profile and awareness of the
undergraduate degree portfolio at St Mary's with key internal and external audiences. This will involve the development and delivery of a range of sustainable recruitment and conversion activities, including but not limited to: Open Days, Experience Days, UCAS events and other UG recruitment activity designed for prospective students, applicants and offer holders.
A successful candidate will have experience of working in Higher Education or Further Education, or experience of promoting an institution to prospective students. The post-holder will have exceptional communication, project management and relationship management skills, and a proven ability to deal with a varied and complex workload. The appointed candidate will have an understanding of UK HE recruitment cycles and processes, with a comprehensive knowledge of the undergraduate market and awareness of factors that influence a students' decision making process.
