Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Student Recruitment Officer (SRO) to recruit local students for a range of higher-education courses such as BSc, BCom, BA, Diploma programs, and other professional courses. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, community connections, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit local students for various courses (e.g., BSc, BCom, BA, Diploma programs) Conduct outreach activities in the community, schools, coaching centres, and public areas Generate leads through field visits, events, and social media platforms Counsel students and parents regarding course options, eligibility, and career paths Follow up with potential students until successful enrolment Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets Maintain a database of leads, inquiries, and conversions Represent the organisation professionally in the community

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in student recruitment, counselling, sales, marketing, or related fields is must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage confidently with parents, students, and local community members Knowledge of local schools, colleges, and education patterns preferred Target-driven and comfortable working independently Basic computer/WhatsApp handling skills
