We're looking for a dynamic

Front of House & Sales Executive

to become the face and voice of our new campus. This role combines professional reception and administration duties with a strong sales focus -- ideal for someone who is confident, motivated, and loves connecting with people.

Your Role



Handle all course and training enquiries -- both inbound and outbound -- with a warm, confident approach. Convert leads into student enrolments through effective communication, follow-ups, and proactive outreach (including cold and warm calling). Support learners and models attending courses, ensuring smooth, professional experiences from check-in to certification. Manage reception and front-of-house duties, maintaining a friendly and professional environment at all times. Complete administrative tasks such as printing manuals, certificates, updating attendance records, and uploading model slots online. Keep accurate sales and admin records via our CRM and support the marketing team with promotional activities and open days.

About You



Confident communicator with a

proven background in sales or lead conversion

(education, beauty, or customer-focused sectors preferred). Motivated by targets and passionate about helping people achieve their learning goals. Professional and approachable with excellent organisation and multitasking skills. Comfortable using technology -- CRM systems, email, and online booking tools. A team player who takes pride in delivering an outstanding first impression.

Pay: 24,420.00-28,000.00 per year
