Due to increasing demand and nationwide expansion, we are scaling fast and are now looking for

driven, sales-focused Student Recruitment Agents

to help us reach more students and grow our presence across the UK.

This is a

remote role

; however, applicants should be

based in or around London, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds

. You will be working with students in these regions, so having a

strong local network or social presence

is highly advantageous.

Job Overview



As a Student Recruitment Agent, you will be responsible for

identifying prospective students who are looking to study at university

and guiding them through the

range of course options available

. You will act as the

main point of contact

for students throughout their journey, providing accurate information, ongoing support, and a high standard of

customer service

from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

This is a

target-driven, performance-based role

with

earnings per successful enrollment

and an

additional bonus scheme for high performers

, rewarding agents who consistently exceed recruitment targets. The role suits someone who is motivated by results, able to utilise strong sales skills alongside excellent customer service skills, and well-connected, with an existing network or social presence to attract potential students.

Responsibilities



Identify, engage, and generate leads for prospective students interested in studying at UK universities. Actively promote educational courses and pathways, matching students with the right options for their goals. Leverage personal networks, referrals, and social media presence to

drive student enrolments

. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, guiding them from enquiry through to successful application and enrolment. Communicate confidently and persuasively, demonstrating

excellent sales and customer service skills

. Understand the university application process and provide clear, accurate advice to students, addressing queries promptly. Work towards and consistently achieve recruitment targets, contributing to your own performance-based earnings. No prior experience required; ambitious beginners with motivation to succeed in a

results-driven environment
