Salary: \xc2\xa320,984 (Pro rata salary \xc2\xa318,599). Incremental progression throughout the band is available

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only | Hours per Week: 36 | Location: Lissadel Street, Salford, M6 6AP

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and efficient assistant to join our Student Service team. The role requires a confident, friendly, professional and helpful person who will be able to work under pressure and on their own initiative. Student Service Assistants deal face to face with students to support them in applying for bursaries and other forms of support to allow them to access their chosen course of study.

The role involves customer service elements, inputting data and creating reports therefore experience in all areas would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills are vital as the role involves dealing with students, staff, external agencies and parents.
City Skills is a vibrant, busy centre catering for a diverse range of students aged from sixteen years to adult. The centre has courses in construction-based studies, apprenticeships and ESOL.
