As part of our Student Services team, you'll play a key role in ensuring that every student feels supported and valued. You'll handle enquiries with care and professionalism, assist with administrative tasks, and help keep our services running smoothly every day. At the heart of this role is people - whether you're greeting a new student, helping to solve a problem, or making sure information is shared efficiently, you'll make a real difference in the student experience.

To provide effective and friendly reception duties, acting as first point of contact to visitors, students, and staff, delivering a high level of customer care at all times.

Experience of working in an administrative and customer focused environment. Experience within an FE or educational environment with young people.
