Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new students. his role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and students recruitment managers. A background in students recruitment for universities, students Advisor and familiarity with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) is essential.

Duties

Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates across various platforms, including social media and professional networks. Utilise ATS tools such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to manage candidate applications effectively. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organisation. Collaborate with students recruitment managers to understand their developed tailored recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate records in students recruitment systems, ensuring data integrity throughout the recruitment process. Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing them with timely updates and feedback throughout their application journey. Manage social media recruitment campaigns to enhance our College branding and attract high number of registered students. Participate in students recruitment fairs and networking events to promote the college and engage with potential candidates.

Experience

Proven experience in a recruitment role in students function is highly desirable. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and relationship management strategies is advantageous. Proficiency in using ATS software such as Salesforce, Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective candidate engagement. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
