Location: 84/1 Commercial Street, Dundee. DD1 2AP
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage studio bookings, schedules, and enquiries via phone, email, and social media
Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients before, during, and after studio sessions
Organise and arrange the studio to ensure it is always camera-ready
Assist with basic studio setup (lighting, backdrops, props, and equipment)
Create content (photos, short videos, behind-the-scenes clips) for marketing purposes
Manage and update social media platforms, including posting, replying to messages, and engaging with followers
Upsell studio services, including printing and selling photo frames and related products
Handle printing requests, framing, and basic quality checks
Support day-to-day studio operations and assist creative teams and clients as needed
Maintain inventory of studio supplies and report restocking needs
Requirements & Skills:
Passion for creativity, photography, or content creation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Proficiency in video editing using Capcut is an advantage but not mandatory
Basic knowledge of photography studios or creative spaces is an advantage
Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
Willingness to learn and take initiative
