The Vacancy


Studio Assistant




We are looking for a highly organised and professional Studio Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Studio Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional reception service that reflects our company values. This includes managing a busy front desk, handling a high volume of calls, and welcoming visitors with professionalism and warmth. In addition, you will provide vital administrative support to our architecture and interior design teams, ensuring seamless operations across the studio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being at the heart of a creative, collaborative workplace.

Your skills



Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. InDesign and Photoshop are desirable. Good typing speed. Excellent customer service. Able to promote a positive image of the company to the customer. Excellent time keeping. Organised with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.

Your qualifications and experience



Previous Receptionist experience on a busy reception desk. Experience of working on a switchboard, efficiently handling a high volume of call
