About the Role
We're on the hunt for a super-organised, people-loving, theatre-adoring Studio Coordinator to help keep our creative world running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're a planner, a communicator, and a little bit magic when it comes to multitasking - we'd love to hear from you!
This role is part-time (8 hours per week) and perfect for someone who's flexible, full of initiative, and happy to get stuck in.
Your Star Role Includes
Running the show (on social media): You'll take the lead on our social platforms, sharing content, creating buzz, and making sure our online presence sparkles.
Keeping the principal on track: Help manage our Artistic Director's diary - from classes to coffee meetings.
Production pow-wows: Attend and support production meetings, help us prep for shows and events.
First point of contact: Answer enquiries with friendliness and flair (phone, email, in person).
Admin magic: Keep our paperwork and records in order from class schedules to internal communications.
Master of the master diary: Coordinate all Talking Props activities - rehearsals, workshops, events.
Event helper: Be part of the action - attending, supporting, and sometimes leading at our fabulous events.
Team connector: Communicate with staff, students, and parents - and keep everyone in the loop.
Resource wrangler: Help us manage costumes, props, and other studio bits and bobs.
What We're Looking For
A whizz with admin and organising
Social media savvy - especially Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
Friendly, confident communicator
Calm under pressure and cool with change
Passionate about the arts and working with young people
Able to work independently, with initiative and enthusiasm
Happy to work occasional evenings or weekends when needed
Bonus Points If You Have...
Experience in performing arts, education or event coordination
Familiarity with safeguarding or working with children
Skills in Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar tools
A talent for making things happen!
