We're looking for a London-based Studio Coordinator who doesn't mind coworkers who slobber. Because you'll also be surrounded by lovely people and - some would argue - even lovelier pets.
As part of The Disobedient, Edgard & Cooper's creative studio, you'll be the hub of coordination, ensuring that all creative projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. You'll manage workflows, streamline processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance workloads and meet deadlines. Your role is vital in maintaining the momentum of our creative output and ensuring that our studio operates like a well-oiled machine.
If you do your job here as we expect, you'll be helping to create one of the most iconic brands in the world. Seriously, the bar's that high.

Responsibilities
One of the mantras we tell our creatives is, "The worst thing you can do is everything we ask." We realize that, as studio coordinator, this will only make your job harder. Our apologies.
But the culture we're creating at The Disobedient is one that's an ideal home for creatives who are proactive self-starters - the kind of people that don't limit their thinking to what they're tasked with.
You'll be the balance.
You'll be the glue holding the studio together: keeping things flowing, smoothing the chaos, and making sure the right people are working on the right stuff at the right time. Here's how you'll be successful:
Juggle schedules, assign projects, and keep the team's workload balanced like a, um, a... a thing that's very well-balanced.
Sort incoming requests, assess what's needed, and make sure they land on the right desks, without mid-air collisions.
Bridge the gap between creatives and teams like marketing, digital, or product--translating briefs, clarifying expectations, and generally keeping the vibes good.
Own timelines from first scribble to final delivery and make sure they're realistic and respected.
Spot problems before they get messy, and work with the right people to keep everything running (mostly) smoothly.
Skills & Capabilities
We're looking for someone who knows their way around a studio, can keep cool under pressure, and doesn't flinch at the words "tight turnaround." If you're the kind of person who color-codes their calendar and gets along with creatives, you'll fit right in.
Here's what would make you a success:
2-4 years of in-house experience in traffic management, project management, or operations within a creative environment, preferably in an in-house studio or agency setting.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
A proactive problem solver with a knack for anticipating issues and finding creative solutions.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all projects meet high standards of quality and brand consistency.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools and an understanding of creative production processes.
A love of being part of creating the kind of work you can't wait to share with your friends and family.
