Full Time, 40 hours per week (includes weekends)
Salary:
25,000-30,000 basic (DOE)
OTE:
40,000+ per annum (target-led)
Key Requirements
Proven ability to sell and upsell memberships and packages
Management experience in hospitality, fitness, health & beauty or premium service environments
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams
Excellent customer service skills (face-to-face, phone and email)
Accountable for sales performance, revenue and studio standards
StretchLAB is a boutique wellness brand specialising in 1-to-1 assisted stretching, with seven London studios and further expansion planned.
The Role
First point of contact for clients, delivering a premium experience
Drive sales performance with earnings linked to results
Lead and manage Stretchologists and Receptionists
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client experience and maximise rebooking
Upsell sessions, packages and memberships to hit personal and studio targets
Lead, coach and performance-manage the studio team
Resolve customer issues professionally within 24 hours
Maintain studio cleanliness, presentation and operational standards
Own studio financial performance and KPIs
Identify hiring and scheduling needs
Recruit, onboard and train reception team members
Support senior management with ad-hoc tasks
