Studio Manager & Client Concierge Overview:

We are seeking a vibrant, detail-oriented Studio Manager & Client Concierge to be the face and energy of our boutique fitness studio. This is not your typical front desk role -- this is a high-touch, leadership-driven position where hospitality meets operations. Those in

You'll be responsible for welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism, maintaining a polished and inviting environment, managing studio and staff schedules, overseeing cafe and acai bar quality, and minimally manage our social media presence. You'll also play a key role in helping us prepare for our grand opening and ongoing community events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and isn't afraid to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk + Client Experience

Warmly greet and check in clients, ensuring every guest feels seen, valued, and excited to be here Anticipate and respond to client needs, questions, or concerns with enthusiasm and professionalism Comfortable telling people no, but offering alternatives. We have a strict no late policy. Set the tone for each class -- tidy studio, calming music, fresh scent, and welcoming vibe
Studio Operations & Team Coordination

Manage studio schedule and shift assignments for instructors and front-of-house team Support onboarding and ongoing communication with instructors and staff Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and general maintenance of the studio and cafe areas keeping owners in the know. Track and manage inventory (retail, cleaning supplies, cafe stock) Conduct regular quality control checks for our acai bar and nitro cold brew station
Creative + Community Engagement

Help coordinate studio events, community activations, and the grand opening experience Manage instagram story posts to keep people up to date on happenings in the studio Gather and respond to client feedback to continuously improve the client experience
What We're Looking For:

Confident, energetic personality with natural warmth and a passion for hospitality Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills -- you're proactive, not reactive Tech Savvy or able to learn quickly with new softwares and management tools. A creative eye for visuals and branding -- you enjoy making things look and feel beautiful Able to work early mornings and occasionally during special events Self-starter who thrives when given ownership and freedom to think independently
Bonus Points

Previous experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or hospitality Genuine Interest in women's fitness and health Familiarity with scheduling software Mariana Tek Barista or cafe experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00-45,000.00 per year
