Consol is a growing national tanning brand with 56 studios nation-wide (and counting!), leading the field in safe and responsible tanning. We want you to be a part of our future!



We are looking to recruit a confident, competent and engaged Manager for our Truro Studio.



Fully flexible contract offering 25 hours per week. Days, evenings and weekend flexibility required for this role.



What we are looking for:



Essential


At least 1 year management experience At least 2 year sales/customer facing experience Attention to detail with a keen eye for cleaning A vibrant personality, looking to take on new challenges English at GCSE level or equivalent qualifications/demonstratable skills Experience working towards own and store KPI's - demonstratable by previous roles/education Able to attend mandatory training Examples of good time management




Desirable


Experience working within a fast paced Sales environment Experience or interest in the Health and Beauty industry Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness Previous Managerial experience Retail and Hospitality Management NVQ
