The college is looking to recruit a Study Centre Supervisor to support in the maintenance of a purposeful working ethos in the library and study centres and in meeting the needs of staff and students through provision of equipment and resources to support teaching and learning.
The post-holder will work positively and collaboratively as part of the Library and Study Centres team to ensure excellent levels of behaviour in the centres through effective use of the college and departmental behaviour strategies.
You will contribute to the maintenance of an attractive working environment, assist with the preparation of physical displays, poster and digital marketing material. Providing operational support and technical assistance in the use of the IT equipment, facilities, and resources in person, by phone or email will be required. You may be required to undertake cash-handling including printing credits and fine payments.
Responsibilities also include undertaking assigned departmental tasks, including the processing of books and other resources, assisting with the maintenance of a digital booking system for the library and study centres, and assisting in the development of the centres through supporting new initiatives towards wider college strategic objectives.
