Study Programme Tutor
to join our post 16 and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) courses.
You will be organized, hardworking, and passionate about supporting disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners. If you are committed to professional growth and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you. Experience working with children and strong communication skills are essential. You will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.

You will:
hold a teaching qualification -
proof of qualifications is essential.
have experience supporting young people with SEND or barriers to learning
be able to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners
be committed to continuous improvement through innovative and differentiated lessons
build positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community.
The role involves, but is not limited to:
Contributing to the initial assessment process, student inductions, and identifying learning gaps.
Supporting students to improve their learning and performance through the development of study skills.
Taking responsibility for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to students with a wide range of learning barriers and/or SEND.
