KPI are looking for a Sub Agent in Yorkshire to work with one of the industry\xe2\x80\x99s leading civils contractors.

Salary Range: \xc2\xa345,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa352,000

Working Hours: 07:00 \xe2\x80\x93 17:00

Role Overview:

Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with H&S related policies and procedures

Monitoring of Business Assurance Systems (BAS) policies and procedures

Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded

Support with work relating to financial forecasts, forecast reviews, final cost & value review with Commercial Team

Escalate where expectations are not met

Identify areas of opportunity and improvement

Ensure works are delivered in accordance with the specification

To ensure all projects are planned to meet milestone and cost targets.

To support the senior teams in development programmes to meet their objectives.

To comply with all Health and Safety responsibilities commensurate with the role, as outlined in the Health and Safety policy.

Any other duties commensurate with the position as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Experienced Sub agent
• Site based Engineering background
• Experience in one or more civils, water, tunnelling or MEICA.
• Knowledge of current HSE requirements
• Cost Control and commercial initiative/awareness
• Demonstrate relevant experience commensurate with the seniority of the position, preferably including experience of staff management/supervision.
• Able to work well with senior personnel
• Flexible approach to work
• Ability to lead and motivate
• Exceptional Integrity, ethics and attitude
