Sub Agent
Job Description
Do you have experience working as a Sub Agent in the civil enginering sector? Are you currently looking for your next challenge? Then read on as we may have the right role for you.
Our client a small civil engineering contractor is looking to add to their team and can offer an interesting and challenging project with work guaranteed for roughly 9-12 months.
You will be responsible for a section of works and whilst reporting into the site agent you will;
Daily management of the engineering team and subcontractors ensuring all RAMS are in place before works commence.
Managing the 3 week look ahead and raising any site issues which may impact upon completion dates.
Liasing with 3rd parties and provision of progress reports to management team.
Ensuring H&S is iadhered to and chances for profitability are maximised.
The relevant candidate will -
Be able to display previous experience in a similar position.
Ideally a Degree/Diploma in Civils Engineering (or equivalent).
CSCS
SMSTS and first Aid (beneficial but not essential).
