As a Subsidence Claims Handler, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience--working closely with our expert suppliers to manage and settle domestic subsidence claims. From the moment a claim is received to its resolution, you'll ensure our customers feel supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively handling subsidence claims with care and efficiency.
Keeping customers informed throughout the process, delivering a first-class service.
Identifying and resolving issues quickly to ensure smooth and timely settlements.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver the best outcomes.
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Previous experience in household or subsidence claims is a plus--but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Additional Information
This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with the successful candidate required to attend our Cardiff office two days per week.
